Scars
They never leave your side,
They remind you of every single mistake,
They’re like ghosts who can’t find peace.
Scars are painful,
Scars are shameful.
I want to hide mines,
They make me feel weak.
Every time someone discovers them,
I can’t face them anymore.
I wish I could describe my scars like wings,
I wish they were the trophy of a survivor,
I wish I would wear them with pride
You once told me,
Turn your scars into stars.
Happiness
I once believed in happiness,
But today I must confess,
I’ve been ignorant of reality,
I’ve been ignorant of humanity.
I was drowned in darkness,
Compelled by sadness.
Humans are on the same boat,
They call it society.
I’ve dreamed of a knights oath
I’ve once dreamed of liberty
Isn’t it alluring?
As for now, I can’t get attention
What if I use poison
To show my depression
Happiness is a sweet dream,
An illusion.
Pain
The desire to leave this place,
The desire to live your own life
Is always tied with pain.
Despair is what makes people reflect
It makes them fall
Or it makes them stand on their own.
Sometimes they just put on a smile
And quitely die while smirking.
Today I'm embracing the angels,
I was craving for their lights long gone.
I saw demons behind people,
They were covering hope.
Not everyone could see them,
Those children were picky,
They liked to play with the less powerful.
I was a perfect target who lasted long
We played together forever.
I thought they were gonna leave
So I tried to please them.
Every day was like hell,
I didn't know my place back then.
Guilt
My voice keeps breaking,
While crying bloody tears,
I’m thirsty for love.
I tried to end my miserable life,
But the angels didn’t take my soul .
In the end I only hurt my pride.
People commit suicide to stop the pain.
I want to feel the pain,
Maybe it will stop the guilt.

Lullabie
When the sky wears its orange gown
When time flies faster than a thread
When clouds blush before fading away
When the nightingales sing their dismay
When the wolves hide inside their den
When the foxes howl their sorrow
When flower petals huddle with each other
When wanes the greenery of the meadow
When the stars cling to the nighty sky
When dandelions are deprived of their leaves
When the fireflies enlighten the dark night
When the fierce wind coldly whip the trees
When you hear this cradlesong
When the owls hoot their lullabies
And when the angels, for you, arise
As you’re taken to a dreamy paradise
When the regal moon takes finally place
When your thoughts yield to drowsiness
When croon to ur ears the crickets
Forget your fears, welcome your death

It’s unspeakable life
Relevant thoughts desperate attitude
Joybringer as you are
Daydreamer as I am
Fill me with sanity
Where no rational measure is left
I hate it when I become a memory
The fires on me burn down into depths
I mean is it really the end
Being forgotten where u expected much more
Oh, dear world,
The end is nothing but an eternal opening
So what u put in it is much greater than what u get out of it
Oh, dear life,
Paltry awe yet surreal ones
If you, dear life, so much point a finger at me
I’ll let you know that we wield the alternatives
No matter how diverged they can get
Oh, dear Human,
Quintessence is within your core
A magnificent core that all of us can speak
Hiraeth
Heard the chains rattling
Claiming for freedom
In an insufficient border from sorrowing
Craving for their kingdom
Amidst unpleasant labour
You carry on your quest
With bare hands sniffing through a flavour
To a belonging far from your requests
Firmly, you step beyond your home
Waiting for a new dawn
As an abandoned hope
Maybe you’ll reach somewhere you own
Calling out for hiraeth
AS A PHŒNIX YOU SHALL RISE
In every word you drawl
A triggered fire I feel
Towards my purpose, I crawl
Tracing the ashes until I heal
Thought throughout darkness you could shield
Throughout the fire, you could cure
Aches, bruises, throbs thought I could feel
Numb I have been
If my fiery flesh could no longer recall my doom
Thus, how can one call back on my
faithfulness?
Just how sharp a wandering soul is clinging to life
Just how far we go hoping for an inception
Master of fire I have heard of
From a glorious battle, an enchanted spirit rose
Channelled forces willing to pull off
Unyielding flames waiting to expose
At the first light, it shall rise
My phœnix in disguise!

Traveling through the fields
Little man had a question for his Mama while they were walking
through the fields. The plants surrounding their way were twice the
boy's height, and as he looked up to the mother, he saw the sunbeams
illuminating her face, while he was shielded.
"Where are we going?'' he asked like any kid would on a trip.
She kept quiet. The sound of their feet on the ground was
comforting, like a rhythm keeping track of their thoughts.
After a while staring back at the yellow light like she was
battling, looking for an answer to her own questions behind a
blinding reality, she finally got a glimpse of knowledge.
"We're looking for home, honey. We're looking for home."
She said it with less furrowed eyebrows, now watching the road.
''But isn't home where we were ? Aren't we supposed to be there ?
With our family and our... everyday ?" The little man asked again.
A weak force was pulling back at the knot where their hands united.
The boy's tilted head towards the sky was making him slow down, so
she finally lowered her gaze to his sweet face and said with the
cousin of a smile:
"We're always where we're supposed to be, baby. Might it be a road
or a house, by the lake or by the sea. It's good. It's always good.
Even if your feet hurt from walking."
The kid's face scrunched in a ball of wonder and distractedness, and
they kept on walking.
The Cat Cloud story
- I see a cat, she said.
- It's because you want to see a cat. You wouldn't otherwise.
- What now! You're saying I only see what I want to see?
- Yes. Don't we all?
- If it was true then I would choose to not see the ugliness in this
world.
- I don't think so.
- And why is that? Who wants to see hunger, death, poverty, cruelty,
stupidity, savageness?
- Logically, no one wants to see all that. But what if it excused
our own ugliness. You would accept the world's bad sides, so that
you could accept yourself. You'd only see the bad in you otherwise.
She kept quiet.
- You'd say ''It's the way it is'' and you'd be right, he continued.
***
- What do you see?
- Oh me?! I see a cat.
He had a bright smile. She wanted to punch him in the face.

HUBRIS
No fragment upon which to float away from the wreck.
As if it was the Bermuda triangle, but I was a willing drowner.
Without any compelling proof,
I kept asking myself:
Was it the truth, excessive pride, or self-confidence
That got them either unsympathetic or way too sympathetic,
With no in between.
I was unable to tell them how nor why,
So I kept pretending to be myself again,
Imitating the person I’ve always been.

Chers Humains,
C’est à vous que je m’adresse.
Ne soyez pas victime de votre maladresse ;
Ne soyez pas la cause de l’extinction de votre espèce ;
Gardez-moi pour les prochains !
